1.Principle and classification of dust removal filter element

Dust removal filter mainly removes particulate matter from the air through physical means, and its working principle is similar to a sieve. When particles in the air pass through the filter, larger particles are intercepted on the surface of the filter, while smaller particles can pass through the filter. Therefore, the effectiveness of dust removal filter mainly depends on the material and structure of the filter.

According to the material of the filter element, dust removal filter elements can be divided into the following categories:

1. High efficiency filter cotton: High efficiency filter cotton is a filter element made of high-efficiency electrostatic fiber material, which has high filtration efficiency and long service life. It can effectively remove particles with a diameter of 0.5 microns or more from the air.

3. Pre filter cotton: Pre filter cotton is a relatively rough filter element used to intercept larger particles such as dust, shed flakes, etc. It is usually located at the front end of air purification equipment, serving to protect the filter element behind it.

In addition to the common types of filters mentioned above, there are also some special purpose dust removal filters, such as high-temperature filters, wet filters, etc. They are designed according to different needs and usage environments, and can cope with more severe working conditions and pollution situations.
